The Hunt Show was held in the glorious surroundings of Bickham Park on Sunday 25th April.  The day dawned misty and damp, it having rained overnight for the first time for a fortnight, and it stayed showery all day.  However the showers did nothing to dampen what was an excellent show with a good entry in both the equestrian events and for the dog show.  The judges for the six equestrian and one dog ring were kept at full stretch and the knowledgable crowd enjoyed the light hearted commentary describing events.  The Spooners and West Dartmoor Foxhounds were paraded and then made friends with many of the children who came to meet them.
